You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
The one-time onboarding & setup fee covers installation, configuration, and training, and is non-refundable once setup work has begun.
Subscription payments are billed in advance for the selected period and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
